Each new home comes with a ten-year structural warranty from Build Zone, a leading industry warranty provider. St. Philips Homes also provides its own two-year warranty on fixtures and fittings. This means that you can move into your new home safe in the knowledge that it has been constructed and fitted out to the highest standard and that you are protected. We also comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders which should provide you with an independent level of assurance and a clear procedure which you can rely on should you need it.

Managing Director
A highly accomplished and respected individual, Daniel has worked in house building for 17 years and is focused on the acquisition of new strategic land development opportunities. Daniel is responsible for the day to day running of the St Philips Group.
Fiona Le Neveu
Director
Fiona oversees the strategic direction of the St Philips Group. She focuses on brand strategy, marketing, PR and social & printed media. Fiona also works with partners and suppliers to foster existing collaborations and to create new ones. A key area of her work is recruiting the St Philips team and developing effective operating processes alongside her colleagues.

With over 25 years’ experience in land and residential development, Chris is focused on the acquisition of new land development opportunities.
Lisa McGinn
Legal Director
Lisa is an expert in real estate with over 10 years experience in residential, commercial and mixed-use property in the legal sector. Lisa works closely with Daniel and Chris facilitating land purchases and home sales.
Andy Warren
Commercial Director
With over 20 years’ house builder and surveyor experience at Taylor Wimpey, Andy is responsible for managing procurement, land appraisals, the commercial elements of land promotion and house building and the sale of land to developers following the grant of planning consent.
Ross Samuel
Land Director (South)
With nearly 20 years’ experience acquiring land for residential developments, Ross is focused on securing strategic land in the south of England and growing the St. Philips brand.
Paul Sambrooks
Technical Consultant
A Chartered Builder with a background in engineering, Paul has well over 30 years of experience in house building and construction.
Mandip Sandhu
Office Manager & PA
Mandip brings ten years of PA and office management experience to St. Philips Homes; her highly-organised approach ensures clients receive the best experience from our in-house team.
Neil Westwood
Site Manager
Neil’s background is in roofing although he can turn his hand to all areas of construction. Neil has a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional standards of health and safety, customer satisfaction and build quality.
